– TS2501: Application Support Engineer

Location: New Damietta, Damietta, Egypt
Type: Full Time, On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Perform system monitoring and proactive maintenance activities.
  • Document and track all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the development of support documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as development and operations, to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in providing technical support for enterprise applications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Experience with database technologies (MS SQL Server) is a huge plus
  • Experience with remote support tools (Anydesk, Teamviewer,..)

Job description:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling / knocking doors
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Consistently Achieve/Exceed sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of proven experience in Sales (B2B)
  • Very Good communication skills and presentation skills.
  • IT/Software, Digital Marketing or Accounting Background.
  • Experience working on ERP Systems.
  • Experience with HMS (Hospital Management System) is a big advantage
  • Self-Motivated, Time Commitment and Well Organized.
